Order is marked delivered but is not here. What do I do?Updated 2 days ago

Sometimes carriers mark packages as “delivered” a little early, even if they haven’t actually arrived yet. Please:

• Check around your mailbox, porch, or entryway

• Ask neighbors, building staff, or your local post office in case it was misdelivered

In most cases, packages show up within 3 business days. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, reach out to us at hello@stashed.co with your order number, and we’ll help track it down.
